Directions

1. Add 2 tbsp of Dried Whole Egg Powder with 2 ½ tbsp water to make 1 large egg.

2. Adjust the ratio to the amount needed for the recipe of your choice.

3. Mix Dried Egg Whites into dry flour.

4. Add the extra water to the liquids.

5. Combine all the ingredients and bake.
