"Baking has always been a creative outlet for me and five years ago I chose to pursue it wholeheartedly through starting a home bakery that I named The Crassy Cookie. My initial menu consisted of standard drop cookies, buttercream sugar cookies as well as cupcakes and other sweet treats. Over time, my best-selling item, a cookie sandwich, evolved into a menu of its own with a variety of flavors. Currently my menu is exclusively devoted to cookie sandwiches, and I have recently expanded The Crassy Cookie into a blog where I share timeless recipes that celebrate tradition and exceptional flavor."
