Ingredients

1 small ripe banana

¼ cup of peanut butter

½ cup of Judee’s Pea Protein Powder

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons of water

3 oz. of extra dark chocolate

1 teaspoon of coconut oil

The Filling
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients (the filling will have a playdough-like texture).
Separate the dough about 1 Tbsp in size and then roll into balls.
Place the balls in the freezer while you prepare the coating.
The Coating
Place the dark chocolate and coconut oil in a small saucepan. Melt on the stovetop over low heat.
Once fully melted, dip the fillings into the melted chocolate.
Place on a lined baking sheet or plate.
Put the protein balls in the fridge or freezer for chocolate to fully set.
