Wholesome creations start with the best ingredients. Starting in 2009, Judee made it her goal to bring fresh, gluten-free, allergy-safe mixes and ingredients to those who want to make and bake from scratch. Today, Judee’s mixes are used by more than 250 restaurants and grocers to make crusts and breads, and more than 30 different mixes and flours are available online to our customers all over the world.

All of our ingredients are made in our hometown facilities in Plain City, OH with a strong focus on being gluten-free—a fact that’s verified by the FDA and third-party testing facilities to meet the highest standard possible. We’re also proud that since 2016, we have eliminated nuts from our facilities, and we’ve even set up an allergy control program to prevent cross contamination with eggs or dairy products. In short, when we make a promise about the safety of our products, we ensure that our facilities follow through on that promise.

Our Story and Our Commitment to Quality


Judee, who is a diagnosed Celiac, becomes the first seller at her local Worthington Farmer’s Market to offer gluten-free baked goods and granola products


Demand is so high that Judee moves into a dedicated, four-unit facility


We sell our first Gluten-Free Bread Mix on Amazon and further refine our ingredients


We begin working with the Ohio State Food Science team to further streamline production and shipping for food safety


Nuts are eliminated from our facilities and we introduce new allergy standards


Our Signature Meringue Mix is finalized after two years of development and we move to a new 4,000-square-foot facility to increase production


Demand has increased so much that our growing team works around the clock to fill orders and bring our ingredients and mixes to those who need them

Anne Bio


Senior Operations Manager

As a Celiac herself, Anne is passionate about ensuring that the Judee’s operation runs smoothly and safely to cater to our customers’ needs. Anne was Judee’s first intern hire back in 2011 and rejoined the team in early 2021 to expand and streamline operations.

Outside of Judee’s, Anne takes care of her children and family and loves catching Columbus Crew soccer matches.

Harlika Bio


Recipe Tester

At Judee’s, Harlika spends her time exploring new recipes for our mixes and ingredients. She fields customer feedback to incorporate new ideas and even uses her own kitchen to test out-of-the-box ideas—using Judee’s products in cooking, baking, and even crafting. She is particularly interested in the Keto diet lifestyle and good gut health.

Outside of work, Harlika volunteers as a guide-dog trainer for the visually impaired, and she hopes to explore ways to use Judee’s products to create natural, wholesome dog treats.
