Meet Lisa
Lisa Altfest is a wife and mom of two awesome little girls. She quit her corporate job back in 2021 to purser her passion as a cake decorator and after a few years of working at bakeries, she decided that going to pastry school was the next step. A few weeks before she started, Lisa was diagnosed with celiac disease. She was gutted and considered not going to school anymore. Her passion for learning persisted and she attended school anyway. Pastry school launched her career and eventually she got into sugar cookie decorating as well.
