Ingredients

Sugar, Potato Starch, Rice Flour, Cream of Tartar, Salt, Vanilla Powder (Natural Vanilla Flavor, Maltodextrin, Modified Food Starch, Gum Arabic)
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. In a large bowl, whip 12 egg whites until stiff peaks form. 3. Gradually fold in the entire contents of the Judee's Gluten Free Angel Food Cake Mix. 4. Gently pour the batter into an ungreased 10-inch tube pan. 5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the cake is golden brown and springs back when lightly touched. 6. Invert the pan onto a cooling rack and let it cool completely (about 2 hours). 7. Once cooled, remove the cake from the pan and enjoy.
