Customers say this heavy cream powder tastes delicious and just like fresh cream. They use it primarily in coffee, finding it convenient for travel and storage without refrigeration. Many appreciate that it blends well and creates a creamy consistency, though some note it can clump and requires mixing with water first or using a frother for smoothness. Users find it dissolves slower in cold liquids. The powder works well in recipes, hot chocolate, and baking. Customers value its longer shelf life compared to liquid cream and find it cost-effective. Many mention it's suitable for keto diets and appreciate having a pantry staple that doesn't spoil.

Only the good stuff, amazing cream.
This is amazing! I decided to try the heavy cream powder because I was running out of fresh cream and didn’t like the long-haul into town. Also took up too much room in my little tiny refrigerator. It taste delicious. Doesn’t have as many chemicals in it and it’s so easy to use. I use it for coffee creamer. Excellent stuff. Now I’m thinking of buying powdered eggs, with or without cheese? I don’t know yet.

Creamy
The taste is very good I mostly bought it to make my own coffee creamer, I find it work better mixing it in water first rather than just putting it in your coffee dry which is ok. I also haven't tried making a whip cream out of it yet.
