To use Judee's Fruit Pectin Powder:
Mix 1 packet (1 oz) of pectin powder with 4 cups of fruit juice or crushed fruit.
Bring the mixture to a full rolling boil and then add the pectin powder.
Continue to boil for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and pour into sterilized jars.
Follow with proper canning procedures if preserving.
For pie fillings, mix 1 packet (1 oz) of pectin powder with 4 cups of fruit filling and bring to a boil. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
