Make this 6 ingredient Gluten-Free Cinnamon Swirl Bread recipe by Delightful Mom Food! Super light and fluffy bread featuring our All Purpose GF Bread Flour Mix to satisfy your cravings.
3 cups Judee's All Purpose GF Bread Flour Mix
1 1/2 cup lukewarm water
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
2 tbsp yeast
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
To a mixing bowl add: water, oil, and yeast. Stir with a fork.
Add 3 cups of GF flour dry mix. Using an electric mixer, mix for 3-5 minutes on low speed.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl mix together the cinnamon and coconut sugar.
Grease a 4"x8" bread loaf pan with cooking spray. Place the dough in pan and smooth with an oiled spatula.
Evenly sprinkle on top the sugar mixture. Then with a butter knife, swirl and poke down the sugar all around to get it into the dough to create swirls.
Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 40 minutes. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Bake in a preheated oven for 38 minutes (cover with foil after 15 minutes). Bread is done when crust is golden brown and the sides are firm and when the internal temperature reaches 210 degrees F.
Remove from pan to cool completely. Wrap to preserve freshness.
