Arrowroot Gravy Sauce
Make Arrowroot Gravy sauce like a pro using our Arrowroot Powder and water. Use to thicken sauces, soups, gravies, and stews. Great for clear fruit glazes, jellies, custards, and more. Also used as a vegan egg substitute to bind ingredients together.
Use 1 tbsp Arrowroot Powder per cup of liquid, broth or sauce.
First, mix 1 tbsp Arrowroot Powder and 3 tbsp water until it forms a slurry.
Then, add it at the very end of cooking.
It will thicken very quickly at low temperatures. Do not overheat, or overcook.
