Baked Jalapeno Cheddar Corn Grits
Make these Baked Jalapeno Cheddar Corn Grits with our Yellow Corn Grits, Cheesy Scrambled Egg Mix and Jalapeno Powder.
1 cup Judee’s Yellow Corn Grits
2/3 cup Judee's Cheesy Scrambled Egg Mix
1 tsp Judee’s Jalapeno Powder
4 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp organic garlic granules
*Optional: Diced jalapenos for topping
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease 8x8in baking dish
Make Grits on Stove: Bring 4 cups water to a boil and add 1 cup grits. Reduce heat and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes stirring frequently. Turn off the heat.
Add cheesy scrambled egg mix, butter, salt, garlic granules and jalapeno powder.
Stir to combine well and allow the butter to melt into the grits.
Pour into baking dish, top with diced jalapenos if desired, and bake 20-25 minutes.
