Make Cheese Sauce like a pro using our Sodium Citrate, water, and any cheese of choice.

Basic Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Sodium Citrate

  • 1 cup liquid

  • 1 lb shredded cheese of choice

Directions

  1. Dissolve 1 tsp or more of Sodium Citrate into 1 cup of liquid in a pot over medium heat.

  2. Bring to simmer.

  3. Add 1 lb of shredded cheese of choice.

  4. Stir until melted.
