Blueberry Orange Cheesecake Bars by Kaylie's Healthy Recipes
Make these delicious sugar-free Blueberry Orange Cheesecake Bars with a hint of Vanilla by Kaylie's Healthy Recipes!
1 tsp Judee's Vanilla Powder
16 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup powdered monk fruit sweetener
juice from 1/2 orange
1 cup blueberries
In a large bowl combine all ingredients, except blueberries and whisk with an electric mixer until completely smooth.
Line a 8" square baking dish with parchment paper, pour batter into the pan, and bake 350F for 25 mins.
Then bring cheesecake to room temp and chill in fridge for about 1-2 hours or until solidified and chilled.
Slice and serve!
