1/4 cup Judee's Coconut Flour
1 tbsp Judee's Black Chia Seeds
2 cups coconut shreds
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
1/4 cup monk fruit maple syrup or exchange for maple syrup or honey
2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp salt
1 cup chocolate chips
2 tbsp coconut oil
In a bowl combine ingredients for the base until it sticks together.
Line a 8” pan with parchment paper and press the base into the pan in an even layer.
Melt chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave for about 30-40 seconds or in a double boiler over low heat until chocolate is JUST melted, then remove from heat and stir together.
Pour chocolate layer evenly on top and chill in the fridge for about 30+ minutes until solid, then slice, and serve! Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
