1 4x8 Bread Loaf
Make Bread Loaves like a prousing our All Purpose Gluten-Free Bread Mix!
3 cups All Purpose Gluten-Free Bread mix
1 1/2 cups lukewarm water
3 tbsp oil or melted butter
2 tbsp yeast (2 packets)
Herbs (if desired)
To a mixing bowl, add 1 1/2cups(12oz) lukewarm water, 3 Tbsp oil (or melted butter), 2 Tbsp yeast (or 2 packets of yeast). Add herbs if desired.
Stir with fork.
Add 3 cups (15.5oz) dry mix.
Using an electric blender, mix for 3-5 minutes on low speed; scraping sides midway.
Spray, grease 4"x8" pan.
Place dough in pan and smooth with oiled spatula.
Make 3 narrow slits diagonally on top.
Let rise 40 minutes, preheat oven to 400°F.
Position oven rack to one below center.
Bake in preheated oven for 38-40 min (cover after 15 minutes). Bread is done when crust is golden brown and sides are firm and when internal temperature reaches 212°F.
Remove from pan to cool completely.
Wrap to preserve freshness.
