Ingredients 1/2 cup Judee’s Cauliflower Flour 1 cup Judee’s Cassava Flour 1/2 cup of your favorite non dairy milk 2 eggs 2 tsp baking powder ¼ tsp baking soda ½ cup of vegetable or coconut oil ½ cup pure maple syrup ¼ cup brown sugar A dash of salt 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup water DirectionsPreheat your oven to 350 degrees F and line a standard 12 cup muffin pan. Mix all the dry ingredients together and wet ingredients in another bowl. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Fill muffin tins 3/4 of the way with the batter.
