Try making these delicious protein packed pancakes by Kaylie's Healthy Recipes using our Coconut & Arrowroot Flour.
In a blender combine all ingredients until smooth, then heat a skillet over medium heat & spray lightly with avocado oil.
Pour about 1/3 cup batter into the pan and cook for a few minutes on each side until golden.
Serve with your favorite toppings. Ours were topped with steamed fruit and monk fruit maple flavored syrup.
