Bake these Gluten Free Cinnamon Sugar Donuts with recipe by Kaylie's Healthy Recipes.
Ingredients
2 ⅔ cup Judee’s Gluten Free Bread Flour Mix
1 tsp Judee’s Vanilla Powder
¼ cup butter melted
¼ cup avocado oil
½ cup sugar
⅓ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 ½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt

¼ cup melted butter
½ cup sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
Topping:
Directions
Combine wet ingredients for the donut batter in a bowl, then add dry ingredients and combine.
Transfer dough to a gallon size ziploc and snip one of the edges with scissors and pipe the batter into a muffin pan sprayed with cooking oil.
Bake on 350 degrees F for 10 minutes or until a knife when inserted comes out clean.
Once cooked, dip in melted butter then mix cinnamon and sugar together and dip in it and serve.
