Get ready for Fall with this Easy Baked Apple recipe using our Apple Pie Spice and Superfine Caster Sugar

Ingredients

¼ tsp Judee’s Apple Pie Spice
1 tsp Judee’s Superfine Caster Sugar
1 medium sized apple
1 tsp melted butter or equivalent butter powder
*Add an extra 1/8 tsp to ¼ tsp of Apple Pie Spice for more of a kick

Directions

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
Wash and core the apple
Place the apple in enough aluminum foil to wrap it tightly when baking
Mix the melted butter, sugar, and apple pie spice with an egg wash brush
Use the brush to brush the inside of the apple as well as the outside, using up all of the mixture
Place the apple on a baking tray and seal the apple shut with the aluminum foil
Bake for roughly 50 minutes until tender
