Make Erythritol Simple Syrup like a pro using our Erythritol, Xanthan Gum, and water.

Ingredients

½ cup Judee’s Erythritol
⅛ tsp Judee’s Xanthan Gum
1 cup + 2 tbsp distilled water

Directions

Add 1 cup + 2 tbsp of distilled water with ½ cup of Judee’s Erythritol and ⅛ tsp or less of Judee’s Xanthan Gum.
Mix all ingredients together in a pot.
Bring to boil and remove from heat to cool.
