Make Focaccia like a pro using our All Purpose Gluten-Free Bread Mix!
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups All Purpose Gluten-Free Bread Mix

3/4 cups lukewarm water

1 tbsp yeast

1-2 tbsp Italian herb blend
Directions
To a mixing bowl, add 3/4 cups (6 oz) lukewarm water, 1 1/2 Tbsp oil, 1 Tbsp yeast (or 1 packet of yeast). Add in herb blend.
Stir with fork.
Add 1 1/2 cups (7.75oz) dry mix.
Using an electric blender, mix for 3-5 minutes on low speed; scraping sides midway.
Add 1-2 Tbsp Italian herb blend.
Spray/grease 9” round pan.
Place the prepared dough in the pan gathered into a ball at the center.
Let rise 40 minutes, preheat oven to 400˚ F.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes (cover after 15 minutes). Remove from pan to cool completely.
Wrap to preserve freshness.
