Ginger Molasses Cookies by Kaylie's Healthy Recipes
Make these Ginger Molasses Cookies by Kaylie's Healthy Recipes, featuring our All Purpose Gluten Free Bread Mix and Vanilla Powder.
1 1/3 cups + 5 tbsp Judee’s Gluten Free Bread Flour Mix
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup sunbutter
1/4 cup molasses
¼ cup butter
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 tbsp sugar
Preheat the oven to 350 Degrees F
Combine ingredients for cookies- start by adding wet ingredients and combine until smooth, then add dry ingredients and combine until smooth.
Form cookies by taking a scoop of batter and rolling it into about a 1 ½” ball and repeat until all the dough is used.
Then gently roll cookie dough balls in granulated sugar and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake for about 8 minutes.
