Make Gluten Free Brown Sugar Brownies like a pro with our All Purpose GF Bread Mix, Caster Sugar and Vanilla Powder.
Ingredients

4.25 oz Judee's All Purpose Bread Mix
-
7 oz Judee's Superfine Caster Sugar

1 tsp Judee's Vanilla Powder
-
2.25 oz Cocoa Powder
-
7 oz Light Brown Sugar
-
½ tsp salt
-
½ tsp Baking Powder
-
4 eggs
-
4 oz melted butter
-
2 oz vegetable oil

Directions
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
In a large bowl, thoroughly whisk together all dry ingredients. (All Purpose Bread Mix, Cocoa, Sugars, Vanilla Powder, Salt & Baking Powder)
Create a well in the center of the dry ingredient mix. Add the eggs, melted butter and oil. Stir until completely incorporated. Let the batter sit while you prep your baking dish.
Lightly grease an 8x8 glass baking dish with pan spray. Evenly spread your batter into the prepared dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes or until the center slowly springs back when lightly touched.
Allow to cool completely before slicing.
Tips:
Add in 4 oz of your favorite mix-ins! Some of our favorites are GF cookies and creme sandwiches or chocolate chips!
To make Dairy Free sub oil for melted butter.
