Combine all dry ingredients in a small bowl and gently mix together.
Add the wet ingredients. Stir and then use your hands to form a dough.
Separate the dough into five small pieces on a sheet of parchment paper. Flatten them with your hands and dab with oil.
Place a second sheet of parchment paper on top. Use a rolling pin to evenly flatten out the dough until it is cracker thin. Carefully peel off the top layer of the parchment.
Dab a small amount of oil on top of the dough. Using a pizza cutter, cut the dough up and across to form squares. Add a sprinkle of sea salt.
Bake for 10-15 minutes. Begin checking on the crackers at the 10 minute mark. Crackers should be firm, and the edges will turn a darker brown.
Remove from oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet. Break apart the crackers. If you find that some of the center squares are soft place them back the oven for an extra minute or so to crisp up.
