Ingredients

2 ¼ cup Judee’s All Purpose Gluten Free Bread Flour Mix

1 teaspoon Judee’s Vanilla Powder

1/4 cup brown rice sweetener

1 cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon salt

¾ cup butter
-
2 tablespoons greek yogurt
-
1 egg
-
1 teaspoon baking powder

2 cups chocolate chips
Directions
Combine butter with sugar and brown rice sweetener, then add eggs and beat together until smooth.
Add dry ingredients and stir together until the batter is smooth, then incorporate chocolate chips.
Scoop dough with an ice-cream scoop onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper to make cookies.
Bake 350F 8-10 minutes
Let them set after cooking before serving.
