Gluten Free Mug Cake
Make this easy and colorful Gluten Free Mug Cake.
4 tbsp Judee’s Ivory Teff Flour
1 tbsp Judee’s Cabbage Powder
1 tsp Judee’s Dried Egg Whites (With Sunflower Lecithin for Faster Blending)
1/8 tsp Judee’s Vanilla Powder
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder
4 tbsp water
1 tbsp oil
pinch of salt
*Optional: Judee’s Sprinkles for decoration
Combine dry ingredients in a microwave safe mug.
Add water and oil and mix well taking care to incorporate dry ingredients from the bottom.
Top with sprinkles of choice.
Microwave for about 1 minute (based on 1200 watt microwave). Adjust time based on microwave wattage.
Mug cake is best enjoyed after letting cool for 5-10 minutes!
