Prepare the Dough
In a small bowl, dissolve sugar in warm water. Sprinkle yeast over the water and let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the Judee's All-Purpose Bread Mix and Xanthan Gum.
Add the yeast mixture, olive oil, and egg to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for 2-3 minutes, then cover and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll Out the Dough
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle (approximately 12x16 inches).
Add the Filling
Spread pizza sauce evenly over the rolled-out dough.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese and your chosen pizza toppings over the sauce.
Roll Up the Dough
Starting from one of the longer sides, tightly roll up the dough into a log.
Slice into Rolls
Using a sharp knife, slice the log into 1-inch thick rolls.
Arrange in a Baking Dish
Place the pizza rolls in a greased baking dish, leaving a little space between each roll.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown.
Prepare the Creamy Dipping Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together Judee's Heavy Cream Powder and warm water until smooth.
Add grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Serve and Enjoy
Once the pizza rolls are baked, let them cool for a few minutes. Serve them warm with the creamy dipping sauce.
