Ingredients

2 cups Judee's All Purpose Gluten Free Bread Flour Mix

1 tbsp. baking powder
-
2 tbsp. oil {I used olive oil}

1 tbsp. maple syrup

1 cup almond milk

1 egg
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350F and grease or line a 9x5 loaf pan.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients, then pour this into the dry ingredients.
Stir until combined, pour the batter into the loaf pan, and bake for 25 minutes!
