Heat lightly greased griddle or skillet over medium heat.
Whisk together egg, water, oil and protein pancake mix.
Pour about 1/4 cup batter onto skillet. Cook until bubbles form on top and edges are slightly set then flip and cook until lightly browned (1 to 2 minutes).
For Waffles:
Prepare batter as directed. Follow the recommended time from your waffle maker’s instructions.
Tip: For extra fun, fold in or top with colored Judee’s Sprinkles to match any celebration or activity!
