Gouda Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Gouda Cheese Powder

  • ½ tsp Sodium Citrate

  • A little under 3 tbsp or 8 tsp warm water

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl using a spatula.

  2. Add more water for a thinner consistency or cheese powder for a thicker consistency.
