Ingredients

1/2 cup of Judee's Scrambled Egg Mix

3/4 cup of water

2 tablespoons of spinach, finely chopped

1 tablespoon of butter

Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the Judee's Scrambled Egg Mix and water until blended.
Add the chopped spinach and mix until evenly distributed.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add the butter. Once the butter has melted, add the egg mixture and cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are cooked through.
Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
