Celebrate the luck of the Irish with these delicious sugar cookie bars! Made with Judee's Sugar Cookie Mix, these bars are easy to make and the perfect treat for any St. Patrick's Day celebration.
Ingredients
1 package of Judee's Sugar Cookie Mix
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup green sanding sugar
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and cookie mix. Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
Spread the cookie dough into the prepared baking pan and sprinkle with sanding sugar. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool before cutting into bars. Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips and enjoy!
