Bring to boil then simmer for 1-5 minutes. Pour out into flat dish with raised edges such as a square tupperware and let it cool to set agar. Jelly will set at room temperature. Use cookie cutters or carving knife to cut into desired shapes. Refrigerate and enjoy! Tips: To make mango jelly more orange, add 1-2 drops each of red and yellow food coloring.
