Halloween Agar Mango Ghost and Pumpkin Jelly (Keto Friendly)
Make this adorable and Keto friendly recipe: Agar Coconut & Mango Ghost and Pumpkin Jelly
1 tsp Judee’s Agar Agar Powder
1 - 2 Tbsp Judee’s Erythritol (or alternative sweetener)
For Mango flavor add 1-2 Tbsp Judee’s Mango Powder
1 cup full fat coconut milk or any milk of choice
Stir ingredients together in a pot to dissolve.
Bring to boil then simmer for 1-5 minutes.
Pour out into flat dish with raised edges such as a square tupperware and let it cool to set agar. Jelly will set at room temperature.
Use cookie cutters or carving knife to cut into desired shapes.
Refrigerate and enjoy!
To make mango jelly more orange, add 1-2 drops each of red and yellow food coloring.
Use chocolate chips for ghost eyes.
