4 Hamburger Buns
Make Hamburger Buns like a pro using our All Purpose Gluten-Free Bread Mix!
1 1/2 cups All Purpose Gluten-Free Bread Mix
3/4 cups lukewarm water
1 tbsp yeast
Herbs (if desired)
To a mixing bowl, add 3/4 cups (6 oz) lukewarm water, 1 1/2 Tbsp oil, 1 Tbsp yeast (or 1 packet of yeast). Add herbs if desired.
Stir with fork.
Add 1 1/2 cups (7.75oz) dry mix.
Using an electric mixer, mix for 3-5 minutes on low speed; scraping sides midway.
Place parchment on a cookie sheet.
Divide dough into equal portions (about 4oz each).
Free form or place into sprayed 4" rings.
Let rise 30 minutes, preheat oven to 400°F.
Bake in preheated oven for 19 minutes.
Slice once cool.
To serve: oil or butter inside surface and toast for 2-3 minutes.
