Make this ice cream topping like a pro using our Raw Egg Yolk Powder.
Ingredients
1 tbsp Judee's Egg Yolk Powder
2 tbsp sugar of choice (caster, brown, brown rice, erythritol, or maple)
Pinch of Cinnamon
Pinch of Nutmeg
1 bowl of Ice Cream of your choice (French Vanilla or Ube recommended)
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients together with a whisk.
Sprinkle on top of ice cream along with any other toppings desired including whipped cream, chocolate chips, and/or sprinkles.
