Keto Condensed Milk
Make Keto Condensed Milk like a pro using our Allulose Sweetener and Heavy Cream Powder.
Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add water, heavy cream powder and allulose and whisk to combine well.
Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for around 15 minutes until light golden color and thickened.
Condensed milk should be thick enough to coat the back of a spoon.
For a rich and golden Dulce de Leche:
Continue to simmer for an additional 5 minutes or more until mixture has thickened and deepened to a golden color.
