Make Meringue like a pro using our Meringue Powder Mix and water.
Ingredients
1 cup Meringue Powder Mix
½ cup water
Directions
Use a glass or metal bowl.
Ensure it is clean and dry with no oil residue.
Basic recipe: Combine ½ cup of water and 1 cup of Meringue Powder Mix.
Whip using countertop mixer with whisk attachment for 9-12 minutes until there are soft peaks.
Scrape bowl as needed, do not overbeat. Stop at stiff peaks.
