Make these beautiful & delicious Malai Peda by Homechef PV using our Pitaya Powder, Whole Milk Powder, and Granulated Maple Sugar.
Ingredients

2 cups Judee’s Whole Milk Powder

1/2 cup Judee’s Granulated Maple Sugar

1 ½ tbs Judee’s Pitaya Powder

3/4 cup milk
-
1/4 tsp green cardamom powder

3 tbs ghee
-
Pistachios to garnish
Directions
Add 3 tbs of ghee in a deep pan on low heat
Add 3/4 cup milk and 2 cups whole milk powder and mix it well
Stir the mixture continuously until lump free
Add 1/2 cup of granulated maple sugar and stir the mixture well until sugar melts
Add 1 ½ tbs of pitaya powder and mix well
Cook the mixture until it thickens and forms a dough like consistency
Lastly add 1/4 tsp cardamom powder and completely cool the mixture
Make a small lemon size ball and shape it using mold
Garnish with chopped pistachios and refrigerate the pedas for 30 minutes ( Refrigerating will help you hold the shape of peda)
