Bake these Maple Sugar Cookies like a pro featuring our Powdered Maple Sugar, Tapioca Starch, Potato Starch, and Xanthan Gum.
Ingredients

3/4 cup + 1 tbsp Judee's Powdered Maple Sugar

1/3 cup Judee's Tapioca Starch

1/3 cup Judee's Potato Starch

1/2 tsp Judee's Xanthan Gum

1 tsp vanilla extract

6 tbsp butter (room temperature)

1 egg

2/3 cup rice flour
-
1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp baking powder
Directions
Cream 3/4 cup powdered maple sugar and butter together
Add egg and vanilla to the sugar mixture and mix until combined
Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl
Working in batches, add dry ingredients to wet ingredients
Once dough has formed, roll into balls the size of a tablespoon. Coat in the reserved sugar.
Place dough on sheet tray and press down to flatten top of cookie leaving about 2 inches between each cookie
Bake a 350 degrees F for 10 minutes
Place on wire cooling rack to finish cooking
