Make Moon Milk like a pro using our Ashwagandha Powder.
½ tsp Judee's Ashwagandha Powder
1 cup milk of choice (you may reconstitute it using our milk powders)
½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
¼ tsp Ground Ginger
A pinch of Ground Nutmeg or Allspice
1 tsp Coconut Oil
1 tsp Caster Sugar, 1 ⅓ tsp Erythritol, or ⅔ tsp Brown Rice Sweetener
Let the milk simmer on low without boiling.
When the milk is hot, whisk in the Ashwagandha powder, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg and cook for 5 minutes.
Mix in the coconut oil and sweetener, if desired.
Pour the now finished moon milk into a cup.
Serve and enjoy!
