No Additional Sugar Raspberry Jam
4 (12 oz) jars or 6 (8 oz) jars
Use our No Sugar Needed Fruit Pectin Powder to make this delightful Raspberry Jam.
3/4 cup (3 oz) Judee's No Sugar Needed Fruit Pectin Powder
2 cups (1 LB) Judee's Erythritol Sweetener
5 cups (2 1/5 LB) raspberries
Place fruit in a cooking pot
Heat raspberries to 140 degrees F, confirming the temperature with a food thermometer
Slowly stir in pectin (clumps will break down)
Continue stirring and slowly heat mixture to boil. Boil for 1 minute at low heat.
Add erythritol slowly and heat back to boil. Boil for 30 seconds.
Ladle quickly into jars and seal
Invert jars for 3 minutes then turn jars upright and let cool
