Ingredients 3/4 cup (3 oz) Judee's No Sugar Needed Fruit Pectin Powder 2 cups (1 LB) Judee's Erythritol Sweetener 5 cups (2 1/5 LB) raspberries DirectionsPlace fruit in a cooking pot Heat raspberries to 140 degrees F, confirming the temperature with a food thermometer Slowly stir in pectin (clumps will break down) Continue stirring and slowly heat mixture to boil.
