Create these Oreo Donuts using our All Purpose Gluten Free Bread Mix and Superfine Caster Sugar.
Ingredients

1 cup Judee’s All Purpose Gluten Free Bread Mix

3 tbsp Judee’s Superfine Caster Sugar

1 tsp baking powder
-
1/2 tsp salt

3 tbsp water
-
6 tbsp almond milk
-
1 tsp vanilla
-
3 tbsp oil
-
9-12 Gluten-Free Oreos or sandwich cookies

1 star donut mold or any shape of your choice
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F and spray donut mold of choice with cooking spray.
Combine dry ingredients and mix well. In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients until well incorporated.
Use a food processor to grind the oreos or finely chop them until pieces are small enough.
Add the oreos to the dry ingredients and mix. Then slowly add the wet ingredients until batter is well combined.
Transfer the batter mixture to the donut mold and fill them 3/4 of the way.
Bake the donut for 12-15 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
Optional:
Dip donuts in royal icing or melted chocolate and top off with Oreo crumbs
