Peanut Butter Brownies
Ingredients
- 1 package Judee’s Gluten-Free
- 3 large eggs at room temperature
- 1 stick of melted butter
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix using a wooden spoon. Grease an 8x8 pan or line it with parchment paper.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set and slightly jiggles when the pan is moved.
Once brownie mix is in the pan,plop some globs of peanut butter on the top, using a knife swirl the peanut butter around to give it the marble effect
- Allow it to cool in the pan.Once cooled, cut into squares and savor the deliciousness!
