1 Pizza Crust
Make Pizza Crusts like a pro using our All Purpose Gluten-Free Bread Mix!
1 1/2 cups All Purpose Gluten-Free Bread Mix
3/4 cups lukewarm water
1 tbsp yeast
Herbs (if desired)
To a mixing bowl, add 3/4 cups (6 oz) lukewarm water, 1 1/2 Tbsp oil, 1 Tbsp yeast (or 1 packet of yeast). Add herbs if desired.
Stir with fork.
Add 1 1/2 cups (7.75oz) dry mix.
Using an electric blender, mix for 3-5 minutes on low speed; scraping sides midway.
Spray/grease 12” pizza pan with sides (cake pans work well).
Place the prepared dough in the center of the pan.
Spread dough to edges with sprayed gloves.
Bake in preheated oven for 11-14 minutes.
Take out and top with favorite ingredients or freeze for later use.
Bake topped pizza for an additional 15 minutes.
