Make this plant-based cheese sauce like a pro featuring our Fortified Nutritional Yeast and Tapioca Flour.
Whisk dry ingredients together in a small bowl
Add milk to a small saucepan and then whisk in dry ingredients while milk is still cold or room temperature
Next, heat mixture over medium heat until it comes to a boil. Whisk frequently as sauce begins to thicken.
Simmer over low heat for about 1 minute and enjoy!
*For a sauce that has thinned out after refrigerator storage:
Combine 1-2 tsp tapioca flour and 1 tbsp water in a small bowl
Add mixture to cheese sauce and heat until thickened
