Ingredients

2 tablespoons Judee’s Cacao Powder

1/4 tsp Judee’s Organic Ginger

1/8 tsp Judee’s Organic Nutmeg

1 teaspoon Judee’s Vanilla Powder

2 tablespoons Judee’s Coconut Flour

3 large eggs
-
1 cup coconut sugar
-
⅓ cup almond flour
-
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
-
1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 c chocolate chips
Directions
Combine coconut sugar, eggs, pumpkin purée with electric whisk, stir in dry ingredients, then melt 1 cup chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave, add to batter.
Pour batter into a pan lined with parchment paper and bake on 325F for 35 minutes and let set after removing from the oven before serving (this allows the coconut oil to solidify).
