Make these fall-inspired pumpkin spice overnight oats by Chelsea Peachtree using our organic nutmeg, ginger powder, and vanilla powder.
Ingredients

½ tsp Judee’s Organic Nutmeg

½ tsp Judee’s Organic Ginger Powder

1 tsp Judee’s Organic Vanilla Powder
1 cup Old Fashion Rolled Oats
½ cup Non-dairy Yogurt
1 ½ cup Almond Milk
1 cup Pumpkin Puree
2 tbsp Ground Flaxseed
3 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tsp Pumpkin Spice
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
Pinch of Salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a mason jar or bowl and mix until all ingredients are combined.
Cover and place in the refrigerator for 6+ hours.
Option to top with extra cinnamon and walnuts when serving.

The overnight oats will last up to 4 days in the refrigerator.
