Ingredients

1/2 cup Judee's Quinoa Flour

1/2 cup Judee's Organic Cacao Nibs

1/2 cup Judee's Organic Toasted Coconut Chips

1/2 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

1/2 cup butter
-
3/4 cup brown sugar
-
1/4 cup granulated sugar

3/4 cup cocoa powder
-
2 eggs

1/2 tsp baking powder
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Grease an 8x8 pan with cooking spray or butter and line the pan with parchment paper.
In a small pan, melt the butter. Turn off the heat. Add the granulated sugar and brown sugar and mix well until fully combined.
Remove the pan from the heat and allow it to cool for 5 minutes. Add the cocoa powder, eggs, and baking powder to the pan and mix well.
Sprinkle the quinoa flour over the pan and mix until fully combined. Fold in the cacao nibs, coconut flakes, and chocolate chips.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick is inserted and comes out clean. The brownies should cool for 10-15 minutes before cutting into them.
