Reduced Sugar Strawberry Jam

Use our Low Sugar Needed Fruit Pectin Powder to make your own Strawberry Jam at home.

Ingredients

1/3 cup Judee's Low Sugar Needed Fruit Pectin Powder
3 1/2 cups (1 1/2 LB) white sugar
6 1/2 cups (2 1/8 LB) strawberries
Directions
Crush fruit
Put in cooking pot and heat to 150 degrees F
Slowly stir pectin into fruit
Continue stirring and slowly heat mixture to boiling. Boil for 1 minute at low heat
Add sugar and heat mixture to 200-210 degrees F, confirming temperature with a food thermometer
Skim foam and pour mixture into jars
Cap and invert jars to sterilize, then turn jars upright and let cool
