Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese Powder

  • 1/2 tsp Sodium Citrate

  • 1/3 cup warm water

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl using a spatula.

  2. Add more water for a thinner consistency or cheese powder for a thicker consistency.
